Concept
Twistys proclaims itself a Pornstar site, which means that the main focus here are girls themselves. They do not expose many famous porn stars; instead, they prefer to stick to their own exclusive girls, picking the Treat Of The Month and doing some other entertaining things, copying the good old Playboy’s practice. Twistys itself does not offer much hardcore porn, but there are few bonus sites that do.

From the first minute, spent on Twistys, you’ll be carried away watching the beautiful girls in softcore videos. The resource doesn’t usually expose hardcore sex; since its main focus are Pornstars, it prefers to feature them all alone, so nothing would distract you from enjoying their beauty. Scene format
It’s important to say, that many scenes on Twistys look alike. The content may even become monotonous at some point. Other formats include 320, 368 and 480p videos. Most photo sets can be downloaded as zip archives (though they seem to have removed that possibility for some older scenes), and you get your nice 3000×2000 pixel photos in it.
+ Daily updates
Twistys update daily, adding one new video or one new photo set every day. Sometimes they skip a few days (bonus sites still update these days), but usually you get your daily updates. There is an update schedule in the Updates section, so you can check like 4-5 upcoming updates with thorough information and a trailer provided for each one. Together with the bonus sites, you get several daily updates, which is just amazing.
+ Very nice design with high usability
I personally find the design of Twistys very convenient and nice. Colors, fonts, elements size and page layout are very natural, beautiful and convenient. Drop-down menus save your clicks and have strict and apparent logic. Scene list allows filtering the scenes by type (video / photo), by time (this week / year / month / upcoming / all time) and site, an also sort by rating / views / title and release date. Members can give each scene a like or a dislike, add it to favorites and comment it. Embedded player is fine; it allows to adjust playback quality and skip to any place in the timeline. There used to be a member forum, but it doesn’t seem to function at the moment.
+ Fine model index, some model info
There are 1135 girls exposed in the Twistys’ model index. The index has an implemented advanced model search, which allows to filter models precisely by age, eye color, breast size, height, weight, ethnicity and few other options. Model profiles are fine, though I’ve expected at least a description for each model, preferably a thorough biography. Yet, we only have some essential stats (age, ethnicity, measurements) specified for each model. It feels necessary to say that the majority of Twistys girls are awesome 18-25 year old teens and babes, outstandingly beautiful and graceful.

– No longer that good old Twistys
Thing change as the time goes by, and these changes are not always positive. Since Twistys have got a new owner, the old members complain that everything went wrong. They have disabled the member forum, the update frequency has dropped significantly, the camera work has become awful (too much close-up, as it often happens these days), the old zipped sets were removed, and the download speed has dramatically dropped down. Some complain that the content has become too repetitive, but it’s an unavoidable problem of the similar sites.
Expectations vs Reality
The promises you might have seen during the sign up process look like this: 10 Years of Daily Updates, Photo Updates Daily, Video Updates Daily, 4000+ Beautiful Models, Over 2 Million Photos, 60,000+ Videos, Mobile and Tablet Ready, 5 Bonus Sites. Well, they’re mostly true, though the largest part of the content is in the archive. There is no reason to blame Twistys for not fitting your expectations.

Membership costs $29.99 per month, $59.95 per 3 months, or $119.88 for a year. You can often see special discounts, like $89.90 for one year Special. Limited trial costs $1 for 2 days and then it rebills at $39.95/month (avoid that). You can pay with credit card, Direct Debit or PayPal. There is a pre-checked cross sale on the billing page: Twistys Premium is offered for $1 for two days, automatically rebilling at $34.97/month.
SUMMARY
Twistys are still good, though not as good as before. If you’re into really beautiful girls and solo scenes, you would probably find it quite attractive. However, there is a plenty of similar porn sites on the web, and Twistys is not the best of them anymore.
